If you are looking for legal guidance, without the expense of full representation, we offer family law coaching to individuals in divorce, custody and child support cases at an affordable hourly rate. We offer multiple fee structures to best fit your needs and budget.  You can either schedule "as needed" visits with a one hour minimum, paid in advance at $350.00 -OR- pay a deposit of $1,500.00 deposit and then there is no minimum fee. Both options have the same rate of $350 per hour*.  If you are unsure if our services are right for you, we offer a no-charge, no-obligation 20 minute call where you can learn more and have your questions about unbundled services answered.

Coaching can cover a wide variety of topics including:

• Reviewing mediated agreements before they are signed

• Discussing and helping form a strategy for modifying  existing orders

• Helping prepare for a hearing including suggesting exhibits and helping organize presentation

• Drafting motions or other pleadings such as witness disclosures

*Our standard rate is $350/hour. We also offer a sliding scale of $200–$350/hour for clients for whom the standard rate would be a hardship, based on income. There's no paperwork involved — just mention it when we schedule your first session, and we'll find a rate that works for your circumstances.
